Cliff was trained at Newcastle University and has an MA in Fine Art. He won the Brian Mosley Memorial Prize with the Society in 1999. He has regular solo shows and has exhibited at the Royal Academy Summer Show and Singer Friedlander. His work is in private collections all over the world.
